With the strange happeings of the 2020 world shutdown, Flowmads joined by fellow rapper Apaulo 8 were driven to remind us all not to fear - August 2020
False Alarm; We Gotta Get Outside
Take this trip on trap driven beat that evolves into a dub reggae monster, all the while being reminded not to cave into fear, but to remain fearless and confident. Featuring artist Apaulo 8 reminds us that love is the strongest emotion of all and the we ought to pursue what we love in all cicumstances, even when the fate of the world appears to be in question. The guys created a hilarious, if not all too suitable, suspense movie trailer to promote this track and transformed themselves into zombies to match. All to fitting as it's a reminder that fear of death is really the only way you'll never live, so live your best life, even if you're a zombie.
Behind the Artwork:
Childhood friend of Seancy, Skyler K. created three incredible zombie likeness of the three MC's. Inspired by the Brady Bunch original opening sequence, the final artwork brought some slapstick appeal to this heavy hitting song.
Additionally, the guys used some ingenuity to craft a unique vertical music video for the track that parallels the artwork as well. Leveraging the detail and stylings of a suitable Instagram filter, the guys all hopped in Seancy's whip and cruised around Ocean Beach, San Diego, CA, filming the whole video in two hours.
